Yes. The published quizzes are free to take, with no account or payment needed to see your result. A personalized quiz made for your own group is a separate paid service.

Each answer contributes to one of three profiles. The profile with the most points determines your result. In the Christmas quiz, answers are matched to profiles by their meaning, so the same letter does not always represent the same profile. If there is a tie, you choose between the tied profiles. There are no correct answers to memorize. Your contradictions have already done enough preparation.

These are story-led quizzes, so allow around 20–30 minutes for the Anti-Consumption Test and 25–35 minutes for the Parent Edition, depending on your reading pace. Those two contain 15 questions each. The Anti-Social Media Test also has 15 questions; allow around 15–25 minutes. Not a Christmas Quiz has 28 questions across 14 chapters; allow around 25–35 minutes. The Anti-Routine Test has 15 questions; allow around 10–15 minutes. Take your time; self-recognition is rarely improved by a stopwatch.

Yes, if browser storage is available. Your progress is saved in that browser on that device. Return to the same quiz to continue. Clearing site data, switching devices or using a different browser will not bring your saved answers along.

No. These tests are for entertainment and self-reflection, not a clinical diagnosis, a validated psychological assessment or professional advice. The Parent Edition is not a parenting grade. Nobody here is handing out gold stars for a perfectly packed lunch.

No. Accepting or rejecting optional analytics does not change the quiz or your result. You can change your choice through “Analytics settings” in the footer. Read our privacy explanation for the details.
